MAKE HIS BUD, NOT BUD
The Editor:
I see that the government might go further for the drug addicts by
providing free heroin along with the safe injection sites, nurses and
needle supplies. My drug of choice is an occasional beer on the weekend.
Will my exorbitant taxes be sufficient to get that free as well?
