THOUGHTS ON MILITARY GIVING DRUGS TO SERVICE MEMBERS
I was watching Peter Jennings on WLOS on Thursday, Dec. 19. I was so hurt
and surprised to learn of the four Canadian soldiers who were killed by the
two U.S. fighter pilots. What a waste. Also in the report by Peter Jennings
was the fact that drugs are being given to our fighting men to keep them
awake and alert. The commander in Chief of the U.S. Armed Forces, Bush, is
truly to blame for the pilots hitting the wrong target and for prescribing
drugs. What would have happened in WWII if our pilots who dropped the
atomic bomb had been on drugs and missed their targets? We are trying to
keep drugs out of our homes, schools, towns, cities and nation. What will
happen when our service people come home addicted? How can we ask God to
help us when this sort of thing is going on? The planes are expensive to
risk so much.
Our nation is still the United States of America.
Please put the blame where the blame is due, and clean up this mess.
