STONE 'EM!

The uproar from the federal government concerning the recent Ontario court
that threw out a possession charge against a teenager because the amount of
marijuana he possessed just shows how "stoned" our political masters are.

Read the Criminal Code! I did, just to confirm what the judge in the case
clearly knew, but the morons in Ottawa who make these laws clearly don't.

The Criminal Code states that in order for a charge of possession to occur,
the amount of marijuana must exceed 30 grams. So if the teenager had under
30 grams, just what exactly are we missing here?

If the feds ever hope to get a grip on the situation, perhaps they should
familiarize themselves with their own laws before criticizing the judges
who have to enforce them.
