No basis for appeal
Re: "Feds roll out appeal on pot ruling," (Jan. 4.) The essence of the
Parker ruling was that changes be made to the law such that marijuana be
made available to those in medical need and that marijuana be treated like
any other drug. It is clear this has not been done and I am perplexed as to
the basis on which the current ruling is being appealed.
