ACTIONS SHOULD BRING CONSEQUENCES
Cynthia Tucker's compassion for the young man who carried the heroin is
touching, but it falls on these deaf ears. This young man as well as all
drug traffickers and sellers need to have some consequence for their actions.
These people should be put to work while in custody and the money they earn
used to pay for the cost of the incarceration.
