DRUG LAW CRUSHES THE INNOCENT
Dear Editor,
Re decriminalize possession of marijuana, Jan. 8, in the Sylvan Lake News.
"So why is simple possession (of marijuana) still a crime" you ask. A
better question is "Why was it ever a crime?"
Allow me to elucidate. The government prohibits certain drugs for one
reason and one reason only: To distract and entertain the majority by
persecuting an innocent minority. Hitler showed the way and our government
is goose-stepping along in his path.
