ASK DOCTOR GARDINER
I hope retiring SLO Police Chief Jim Gardiner never has a loved one get
sick enough to need medical marijuana.
Medical marijuana should not be controlled by the police or politicians;
but by doctors. What gives a California cop power to go against a law that
was passed by a strong majority of voters? Cops in this state are not
self-employed, are they?
I like the thoughts of an old teacher of mine who stated if you don't like
a law, change it. So much for our political system. Medical marijuana
should be controlled by doctors, NOT cops and politicians.
