WHOSE RIGHTS ARE VIOLATED BY SCHOOL DRUG USERS?

Hmmm. Let's see. To have students drug tested is an invasion of their
rights. Right? And doing, taking and selling drugs are against the law?
Also, all the schools have rules and regulations against drugs and
paraphernalia?

OK, now when a teacher is being harassed, threatened, spat at and/or totally
ignored by the "drugged out" students while they talk on their cell phone or
listen to their CD player, what rights come into play?

And what about the other 20 to 25 students who are trying to get an
education and are being distracted, bullied, harassed, threatened, spat
upon, having their cell phones and CD players ripped off? Whose rights are
being violated?

But the real questions are, I believe, is how can these teen-agers afford
the drugs in the first place and from whom? Should we all take inventory of
our personal values, starting with integrity?
