WHY BOTHER TO VOTE?
POOR ED ROSENTHAL thought the state law that allowed growing medical
marijuana actually meant something. It sure doesn't look that way now.
It looks like the California medical marijuana law is not worth the
paper it's printed on.
State government officials might as well close up shop; since the feds
make all the rules. What's the point of having local elections or even
voting?
