HALL DARE OFFICERS STEER STUDENTS IN RIGHT DIRECTION

On behalf of the fifth-grade teachers at Sardis Elementary,we would like to
thank Sheriff Steve Cronic and all of his DARE officers for a job well
done. The DARE program is an excellent way to educate our youth on the
dangers of drugs and gangs. This program would not be successful, however,
without the DARE officers who dedicate their lives to teaching our students.

We have met all of these outstanding officers at DARE graduation, but the
one closest to our hearts is our own, Deputy Don Parrish.

Deputy Parrish is a kind, compassionate man with outstanding morals. His
life is a testimony to his strong faith, and his love for family, friends
and his students.

He is not only a teacher, but also a confidant, a mentor, and a highly
respected male role model in our school. He is dedicated to his job, and is
always "on call" if we need him.

Thank you Deputy Parrish for another successful DARE program at Sardis
Elementary. You are appreciated more than you know!
