LETTERS REGARDING MEDICAL MARIJUANA TASK FORCE
Re: The last council left us the legacy of the ticket guarantee. The
current council's judgment also appears, well, dazed and confused. If, by
chance, I get a headache while thinking of our council's foibles, at least
I'll be able to light up a big doobie to ease the pain.
