DEFENSE WAS DENIED USE OF U.S. ARCHIVES

The only way the U.S. government could win the case against Ed "Guru of
Ganja" Rosenthal (The Maui News, Feb. 1) was by cheating and deceiving the
jurors and thus the people. They would not allow all the facts and truth to
be presented to the jury which is not the way for truth and justice to reign
in America. There is plenty of proof in U.S. archives to support the medical
application of cannabis - truth that has been sealed in boxes for over 50
years since the U.S. government purged its institutions of the facts and
testimony from the past.

The problem is that the cannabis users of America and the world are not
organized like the tobacco industry. The tobacco industry bought off the
entire U.S. Congress which allows it to continue to peddle the addicting and
killing poison, nicotine. Cannabis has no such record of addiction or death
from its use. I'm glad that five jurors have apologized, are objecting and
calling for a new trial. Too bad the U.S. government does not want to be
truth-coordinated in the interest of peace and justice.
