HEMP: A SOLUTION TO OUR DEPENDENCE ON FOREIGN OIL
Why are we going to war for oil?
Farming only 6 percent of the continental United States with hemp
would produce enough energy to provide for America's energy needs and
end dependence on fossil fuels. Hemp is the No. 1 biomass producer on
earth (10 tons in approximately 90 to 120 days).
Growing hemp would also slow global warming.
