JUSTICE UP IN SMOKE
The loophole used by our federal government to withhold information from
jurors was flat-out wrong. Regardless of one's personal opinion of state
vs. federal rights, the manipulation of the facts of this case should send
a shudder through anyone even remotely concerned with the federal
government's administering of the Homeland Security Act.
In the United States, the means are equally as important as the ends.
