NO REASON TO SHOOT HER
I disagree with the letter writers who say 14-year-old Ashley
Villarreal broke the law by driving around the block with an adult
inside the car.
How many of us have broken the law? Presidents, police, attorneys,
elected officials, people from all walks of life. But is that any
reason to shoot someone in the head?
If these agents had done their homework, they would have known the
person they were looking for wasn't even there.
Why didn't they shoot the tires out if they feared for their lives?
There is no excuse for what they did. They made a huge mistake and,
unfortunately, this was not the first and it won't be the last.
My heart and prayers go out to Ashley and her family.
