HERE'S WHAT YOU SAID ABOUT: MARIJUANA GROW-OPS

With all the news over the past few weeks about grow-ops "expanding to"
upscale neighbourhoods, it's difficult to understand why it is taking
law-enforcement agencies so long to act.

There is a very obvious solution to this epidemic -- an aggressive
enforcement blitz. This could be accomplished by adding enough personnel to
effectively make some headway in closing down grow-ops. Some may say that
funding such an initiative is lacking. Therefore, why not channel the money
from the proceeds of the busts directly to such an initiative?

Seems like a no-brainer to me.
