LOGICAL SOLUTION
Dear sir:
The article in the March 10 edition of the Daily Bulletin, "Police warn
drugs may be tainted," highlights many of the problems created by the
prohibition of cannabis.
Of course, the laws against its possession have been ruled
unconstitutional, which must vex the police no end. That they now try to
create a hysteria about "tainted" drugs is no surprise.
Cannabis possession must remain legal. Its distribution should be
controlled, regulated, and taxed. Then, there will be no problem with lives
ruined by criminal records or tainted drugs.
