Thank you, thank you, thank you... for all MAP does for the cause. Not
only are you a powerful force for change by stimulating letters to the
editor in newspapers around the country, but the work you do for
organizations like mine (ReconsiDer) is tremendous! For instance,
thanks to MAP, our website has an automatically-updated page devoted
just to recent New York State drug news, a handy feature since the
majority of our members live in that state. MAP has also served our
Speakers Bureau by providing a list of media contacts across the
country so we can arrange press coverage for our speakers wherever
they may be.
I've used the news archive often to locate articles and other
documents needed for my work . Our members get ideas for letters to
the editor by reading the letters sent around by MAP. The ARO list has
been an invaluable tool for the reform movement, allowing key
reformers to communicate easily and discuss ideas and tactics.
I'm sure I've left something out... you guys do so much for us all.
Again... thank you Mark, Richard, Tom, Matt, and all you newshawks and
letter-writers, technicians and web designers, and whatever else you
are... you're doing a great thing for America.

ReconsiDer is a grassroots not-for-profit membership organization that
was incorporated by concerned citizens to provide a forum for
discussing alternatives to one of America's greatest public policy
failures...the war on drugs.
