CANNABIS AWARENESS
DOPE legend Howard Marks was in Norwich as part of a campaign to legalise
cannabis.
Mr Marks, a convicted drug dealer who famously wrote about his smuggling
activities in his book Mr Nice, was part of a four-man panel fielding
questions from the public yesterday at Cannabis Hemp Awareness Day at UEA.
Also present at the event was fellow campaigner and comedian Billy McCann.
There were stalls selling hemp goods and cannabis paraphernalia. Under
18's were not admitted.
