WE DISAGREE PT 2
JOHN PRIOR (Letters, 28/3) has tried to explain the Government's
irresponsible behaviour regarding the harm of cannabis.
He has not answered the fact that about 20 West Australians die each year
from suicide and road accidents invlving cannabis. The Drug Summit was not
told of this. Also, if education about the harm of cannabis is worth
doing, why has it not been done over the past two years?
We are entitled to be cynical about allowing the possession of 30g of a
lethal substance and the growing of two plants.
