SAFE INJECTION SITE

So, Vancouver Mayor Larry Campbell and COPE can't understand why there is
so much money available to deal with Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome when
a lack of safe injection sites kills so many more people?

Give me a break. SARS is a fatal illness that threatens innocent people.
Drug abuse kills people who make a conscious decision to break the law and
to engage in life-threatening activities.
