DRUG LAWS SHOULD BE CHANGED
Editor, The Record:
The United States has the strictest drug laws in the world, and it also has
the highest rates of drug use among children.
RCMP Staff Sgt. Doucette can expect an increase in youth drug use rates to
continue so long as he and Canada follow the United States' lead in drug
law enforcement. When the Canadian youth use rates reaches 50 percent, and
Canada becomes another subservient parrot to the U.S. war on drugs, you can
thank the likes of Staff Sgt. Doucette.
