EX-CUSTOMS SUPERVISOR PLEADS GUILTY TO DECEPTION

BUFFALO- A former supervisor with the U.S. Customs Service pleaded
guilty Tuesday to lying about taking more than $95,000 from an
evidence room.

In a plea agreement with the government, Robert DelVicario Jr. 43,
admitted entering the secure room at the Customs Service's
Williamsville office May 5, taking a bag containing $95,290 that had
been seized by agents and then lying to investigators probing the theft.

In exchange for his plea, the government said it would seek a
sentence of 12 to 18 months in prison. The maximum penalty is five
years and a $250,000 fine.
