THE proposed changes to cannabis laws are a disgrace. How can any
clear-thinking person think for one moment that the so-called personal-use
provision won't be abused by the criminal element to grow their
crops? Twenty or 30 members of a gang and you've got a 40-60 plant
crop. And the Government wants to make it legal?
