FAILED WAR ON MARIJUANA

At eighteen, our government will let us use tobacco. We know nicotine
kills. Tobacco companies are now paying out on law suits. These suits have
been brought on by the dying or a family member who has already lost a
loved one from the use of tobacco. Still we have people using tobacco and
dying everyday.

At twenty-one, our government will let us drink alcohol. We know alcohol
kills. Alcohol is the leading cause of fatal automobile accidents.
Alcoholism kills grandparents, fathers, mothers, teenagers, and little
babies. A person doesn't even have to use alcohol to die from it. There is
that drunk driver who can take out a whole family in a split second. Still
we have people using alcohol, and dying every day.

At twenty-one, our government won't let us use marijuana. The government
declared war on marijuana. Here a bust, there a bust, everywhere a bust -
tossing marijuana users in jail. Making them Political Prisoners of this
war on marijuana. A war funded by your tax dollars. Still we have people
using marijuana every day.

The war on marijuana has failed miserably, and it doesn't take rocket
scientists to figure this out.

Who are marijuana users hurting anyway?
