SELL THE STUFF

Legalize marijuana, sell it in stores like alcohol and take half the tax
revenue. That will generate enough to end hallway medicine forever, build
more hospitals, hire more doctors and nurses.

Take the other half and put it towards treatment programs to help people
break the addiction of the hard drugs like crack, meth and heroin.

Also, give more money to police to fight the spread of these drugs and the
street gangs that profit and grow from them. At the very least make
medicinal marijuana available to those who need it now without doctors
having to put there careers on the line for prescribing it.
