TORY DRUG PLAN: NAIVE OR OVERDUE?

I think it is a good idea that the Conservatives have started to
consider a drug problem as a national problem. No one community is
free from the harmful effects of drugs, and the government needs to
take giant leaps to overcome this problem. Although some may say that
we need to invest in harm-reduction sites and places for those trying
to quit their addictions safely, I think it is more important that we
spend money on prevention for young people.

I sincerely hope that this new Conservative plan proves to be more
effective than the Liberal bid to decriminalize the possession of
small amounts of marijuana, or our country will see an increase in
drug use among teens.
