PEOPLE DRIVE STONED NOW
I READ several articles in your "Canada goes to pot" series and I was
struck by how many people (seemingly educated, intelligent people, and Mel
Lastman, too) think changing pot laws will suddenly cause people to drive
stoned. Now, driving while high may or may not be dangerous or detectable.
What it won't be is "caused by legalization." People drive stoned now! Duh.
