FELGER TRIAL SET JAN. 5, TWO YEARS AFTER ARREST
Tim Felger will go to trial on several drug charges almost exactly two
years after he was first arrested.
In Chilliwack Supreme Court last week, dates for the three day trial were
set. It will begin Jan. 5, 2004.
That's two years and two days after the 46-year-old marijuana advocate was
arrested on his Bradner Road property after police searched the property
marked by a sign urging the legalization of marijuana.
Edward Larson also faces charges.
