ANOTHER LAME EXCUSE
Everyone knows the Canadian government doesn't really want to supply
medical marijuana. After the Iraq rift, they don't want to disappoint the
U.S. again. The government wants and will use any excuse not to supply
marijuana. Too strong marijuana is the lamest excuse possible.
