DRUG INFILTRATION

The U.S. government has the best intelligence gathering capability on the
face of the earth. We can track an individual from space, we can monitor
individual phone calls, we can drop a bomb on a precise location with
deadly accuracy.

Will someone explain to American taxpayers why the government cannot or
will not stop drugs from entering this country?
