GOING TO POT

WE ARE about to have the legislation for schizophrenia imposed on the
citizens of WA by the heathen majority of cowards' castle.

I find the situation extraordinary. Governments are supposed to have a
duty of care to protect their constituents in the area of health. What
do we have a health minister for? Most health professionals agree that
cannabis use is a big contributor to mental disease.

Could future generations sue the government of the day and, indeed,
could the present members who vote for the legislation be sued if it
was found to be a fact that legalised cannabis use was the cause of
mental illness in some people or does the cowards' castle law of
protection apply even with irresponsible legislation?

The way governments are trying to legislate for evil is going to have
a profound effect on this country in the long term. The mentality of
governments is: if you can't stop something, then legislate for it.
This mentality lends itself to a criminal mentality because it is the
criminal who will benefit from this legislation. Criminals will set up
areas with two plants all over the State with immunity. Who do these
people in cowards' castle think they are fooling?
