HEED MARIJUANA HORROR STORIES

Brian Fish in his May 17 Guest Column clearly sees no risk in legalizing
marijuana.

I challenge Fish to attend a meeting of Cocaine Anonymous or Narcotics
Anonymous to hear courageous people speak out on the use of marijuana and
its effect on their lives.

Marijuana is an entry-level drug which only leads its users to other forms
of illicit narcotics. Then they enter a spiralling black hole from which
precious few escape.

To travel Fish's road will only lead to further personal and societal
devastation.

People are so caught up in their pleasures and delights that they do not
realize the urgency of this issue.

I hope and pray that the people will awake in time.
