MAN HALLUCINATING
A Dunedin man found at 4am in High St in the city "half naked,
hallucinating and not making sense at all" had taken a plant-derived drug,
police say.
Senior Sergeant Bruce Ross, of Dunedin, said the state of the 25-year old
man showed the danger of drugs. "He believed someone was looking for him."
