Readers are fuming about proposed marijuana legislation

I think Environment Canada needs to check the air in Ottawa for loony dust.
How else can one explain the recent news that the federal government
will spend $250 million on law enforcement and to educate our youth on
the illegality of marijuana and its harmful effects while, at the same
time, encouraging our youth to toke up by decriminalizing the drug.
Or could it be our legislators were already experimenting with marijuana
when this bill was conceived?
