POT PROBLEM
I live in a fairly small apartment building. Almost every day I smell my
neighbours smoking pot. It wafts in through the vents and through my open
windows. I really don't care what they do in the privacy of their own
apartment.
What I resent is that I have to live with the smell of their marijuana in
my own home, make explanations to my parents when they come over to visit
(it's not me, mom!) and I especially resent that I sometimes get
lightheaded (stoned?) from having to breathe in the residue of the drugs
that they are smoking!
If the pot laws are relaxed, I am sure my neighbours will take advantage of
this and smoke up to their hearts' content. I'd like to know where my
rights stand in all of this! Don't I have the right not to be stoned? Don't
I have the right to live in a stench-free home?
