POT PROSECUTION (2 OF 3)
Steve Wessing should not be claiming marijuana is his medicine. He should be
claiming marijuana is safe to use under medical supervision and that
marijuana is property protected from unreasonable seizure. Marijuana is
property. The right to acquire and possess property is a fundamental right,
protected by the Fourth, Fifth and 14th Amendments. Being arrested for
violating the marijuana laws is deprivation of liberty. The right to liberty
is a fundamental right. For some reason, the lawyers and judges are blind to
the fact that enforcement of the marijuana laws violates basic fundamental
rights to life, liberty and property.
