A GREAT WAY TO STOP DRUGS
I was just watching an international news channel and there was a report
from Thailand on the government's war on drugs.
If someone turns in a drug dealer, that someone receives one- half of the
valuables confiscated in a successful bust. Even in that country the amount
can be the equivalent of $1 million.
The money is given out over the person's lifetime like lottery winnings.
What a great system. Why don't we do this?
