COPS MAKE $3.9M BUST
Provincial police seized an estimated $3.9 million worth of marijuana
plants during a raid on a North Glengarry residence yesterday. OPP drug
enforcement officers and local police executed a search warrant on a Cty.
Rd. 24 residence around 8 p.m. Police seized 3,960 marijuana plants and
growing equipment. A 30-year-old woman and a 27-year-old man were charged
and will appear in Alexandria court in August.
