GREEN MP CALLS FOR INVESTIGATION INTO KAITAIA COLLEGE DECISION
Green MP Metiria Turei wants an investigation into the decision by Kaitaia
College to test suspended students for the drug methamphetamine.
The practice was unlawful and breached the Human Rights Act, Ms Turei said.
She has written to the Human Rights Commission, the Education Ministry and
the Commissioner for Children, asking each to investigate the decision.
