As a certificant of the International Society of Addiction Medicine, I
find the New England Journal of Medicine, The Lancet, the Vancouver
Police Department, the B.C. provincial Liberal party, Vancouver Mayor
Sam Sullivan, the medical officers of health and the B.C. Centre for
Excellence rather more reliable sources than the Ottawa RCMP.

As a Canadian, a Conservative and a physician, I trust that Messrs.
Harper and Clement look to logic and science rather than embarking on
a futile American-style approach to drug addiction.

As the great journalist H.L. Mencken said: "For every complex problem
