MARIJUANA SHOULD BE LEGALIZED

Re: Federal Gov't Tables Dopey Law

Criticisms of Canada's proposed decriminalization initiative all point
towards the need for a regulated legal regime. The drug warriors complain
that decriminalization will increase youth use and that the proposed law
will do little to attack organized crime. A legal-and tightly
regulated-system of marijuana distribution would eliminate all
profitability for organized crime and make it more difficult for young
people to get high. When do you suppose was the last time a drug dealer
I.D.'d one of their customers?
