POT LAWS UNHOLY

Dear editor,

The opinion piece, "The Real High Crimes" by Jamie Baker (May 30) was right
on. Biblically, medically and recreationally, many of your neighbours to
the south also use marijuana responsibly and are tired of government
discrimination and deceit directed toward them. The proposed new laws don't
do enough to end those discriminations.

It is the hope of many Americans that Canada will help end the evil
practice of caging humans for using the cannabis plant by allowing citizens
to grow cannabis.

And now it appears your country's leader has been buddy-hustled by my
country's leaders, even though the Canadian Senate unanimously recommended
relaxing laws. For your country's leader to be mandated by my countries
leader is catastrophic, for my countries leader, George W. Bush, disobeys
Christ.

As a disobedient Christian, President Bush has no access to the God-awesome
communication system that Christ sent to only those who obey Him. Without
being obedient and unable to receive the promised Holy Spirit of Truth, all
President Bush is left with is the deluding influence.

Prohibiting man from access to cannabis is uncivilized, not just to Me but
to Christ God Our Father, The Ecologician, who sent Me.
