The Appeal Court Justice Is Alternately Applauded, Condemned For Pot Views
The piece quoting Justice Mary Southin was a most pleasurable read. Her
magnificently literate and intelligent written judgments shall contribute
to the protection of both our individual human rights and the egalitarian
betterment of our society far beyond her tenure.
We are fortunate to have such a brave social libertarian at the helm of our
legal ship.
Madame Southin would be a well-deserved contender when the next vacancy of
the Supreme Court of Canada avails itself.
