NOT INTERESTED IN JUDGE'S BELIEFS
I thought judges were supposed to be impartial in their judgments. The
verdict of Justice Mary Southin, which included political and religious
references, reminds me of how out of control judicial activism has become in
this country. Just because Southin thinks the justice system should treat
marijuana the same as alcohol doesn't give her the right to allow her
personal beliefs to dominate her duties as a judge.
