COURT WAS RIGHT TO MAKE DRUG CHARGE A FELONY

The reasoned decision of the Third District Appellate Court regarding a
former Placer County man (Steve Kubby), a drug user, is indeed something
with which most citizens agree.

Unfortunately, a few lawyers, after years of involvement with manipulation
and logistics, have lost the ability to use logic.

By now, all of us have had the opportunity to know that drug use supports
Saddam Hussein and his cohorts.

Acts of drug use are not only individual acts against the user's mind and
body, but are acts against the community, as the user reaches out to
destroy others and self.

And we are left to tidy up the mess. Drug use exists in Placer County. We
don't need it.
