IMPAIRED IS IMPAIRED, PERIOD!

Dear Editor:

I agree with Ken Rimmer's letter to the editor, "Tokers not dangerous
drivers," June 26th issue, but I would like to add that drivers who are
seriously impaired should be helped. If they're not doing so they're not
responsible users.

This is not limited to cannabis (marijuana) but to booze and other legal
substances. If some one eats too many potatoes and gets too cloudy of a
head to drive, I don't want them behind the wheel.

But til they reach that point, I don't care that the driver has eaten a
potato, pot or not.
