TAX AND REGULATE MARIJUANA
Re "Potheads" (editorial, July 12): You are quite right to point out
the muddled nature of the Liberals' drug policy. But wouldn't
Canadians be better off taking disputed decriminalization and
misguided medical marijuana over pure and simple prohibition? Even
better would be the admittedly less alliterative alternative: Tax and
regulate.
