THE SOLUTION
COMPLETELY ABOLISH the immature, irrational, irresponsible marijuana laws.
Bottom line, prohibition does not work. It never will, no matter the
penalty. Total legalization eliminates the criminal element. That's the
solution in response to the editor's question following Michael Cust's
letter of July 25 -- "So what's the solution?"
