LAHOOD'S POT VOTE DISTURBING

I am writing to express my displeasure with Rep. Ray LaHood's no vote on the
Hinchey/Rohrabacher Amendment that would have blocked further unjust raids
on medical marijuana patients and caregivers by the Drug Enforcement Agency.

This amendment was written for the 13 states that have already passed laws
on medical marijuana. The people of these 13 states worked hard to get the
medical marijuana laws on the ballots, and even harder to get them voted
into law.

What makes our governments think they have the right to go against the will
of the people and trample all over the Bill of Rights? They have no right.
It is time "we the people" remove the oppressors from office.
